Just had a problem with my keypad on my 1 year old Spartan and they responded very satisfactory. Got it replaced very quickly. I wish the manufacturer would have upgraded me to the keypad but oh well.
They did warranty the keypad though so money out of pocket. The guys here take care of business. Give them a try if you need a mower or service.

Had an issue with my residential weed eater and took it to service to get it fixed. They got it fixed and I went to pick it up and they charged me a questionable amount. The owner reached out to me a couple days latter and saw where there was an error with how much they billed me for. He went back and refunded me the amount it should have cost. This meant a lot and I was very satisficed with their customer service.
